ALMONDS - A Handful of Goodness

It is a well known fact that almonds are a great source of multiple nutrients like vitamin E, Fiber, Copper, magnesium, Phosphorous and Riboflavin.They are also known to protect against diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. It is amazing to know just how much goodness is packed in a handful of these nuts.
