HEALTH TIPS (Omega 3 )


Did you know that foods which are high in Omega 3 fatty acids can make your skin glow with good health.

Foods rich in Omega 3 acids:


Salmon


Tuna

Scallops

Vegetarians can opt for:

Walnuts

Flaxseeds

The easiest way is to add these food items to your salad bowl couple of times in a week.

I dont like fish as in fish curry, basically jsut the pakoda's Thats it .. :)
Nuts I love .. and Scallops Nooooooooooo I cant eat ...

but salad and nuts bring them onnnn :)

I bought the salted and roasted flaxseeds but did not like them much. I must find some recipes with these seeds.
